Lizzy Chong
Since graduating from Performers College, Lizzy has danced professionally within TV, film, theatre and corporate events. She is a member of both the Sol Dans contemporary dance company, and ‘ParkourDance’- which fuses the discipline of parkour with various other dance styles.
Lizzy is a certified pilates instructor and likes to combine those ‘core’ principles with her passion for movement, which brings a unique and personal touch to her classes. She is constantly learning new techniques, and loves to regularly integrate new knowledge into her lessons, to keep them exciting, fresh and fun.
