Thank you for joining us on our journey to revolutionise the way people can take class of all types from dance to yoga and more with their favourite teachers from the best studios.
While you’re taking any online classes there are a few basic health and safety points to think about:
Remember to stay hydrated.
Check the space around you and ensure it’s suitable for the class you are going to participate in online. We recommend you work out in a clear space away from furniture and other hazards.
If you have any concerns about how your body will react to any of the classes, please seek medical advice beforehand to be sure these classes are right for you.

Terms and Conditions
By accessing the Class Is ON service you (the “subscriber”) agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Your safety while you participate in the online classes is important, so please be aware that by accessing our videos you are agreeing to be fully responsible for your own health and safety and we recommend that you obtain the necessary medical advice if you have any doubts about your physical capacity for taking class e.g. if you have not exercised in a while, have an existing injury, are pregnant or have given birth in the past 12 months then please seek medical advice before participating in any classes. Class Is ON nor the instructors can be held responsible for any injuries or accidents incurred by subscribers due to participating in the online classes.
As a subscriber please take reasonable care while preparing for taking class at home, for example we recommend you work out in a clear space away from furniture and other hazards.
Classes will be available on-demand until further notice.
Subscriptions are non-transferable between users. Each user will need their own subscription. You become a registered user of the Class Is ON service by using your email address and by giving other sign up information.
Our terms and conditions are subject to change during which we will give at least one month’s notice.
The Class Is ON online class streaming service is licensed to you for your personal and non-commercial use only. Each user shall only create one account and it’s non-transferable.
You understand that the platform service may need to update, pre-load, create new versions or otherwise enhance the platform experience and accordingly, the system requirements to use the platform may change over time. You accept that your internet access must be of an average standard (compared to the UK) for use of the Class Is ON platform and Class Is ON cannot be responsible for a poor connection of any user.
If you believe that anything on the Service infringes any copyright that you own or control, you may file a notice of such infringement to support our email at team@classison.com. We strive to respect and adhere to all copyright codes.
Payment Policy
Subscribers to Class Is ON can access our classes, as described.
Renewals and cancellations
Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period (except if a fixed term subscription). You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel the subscription you can access the service normally until the end of the billing period, we will not refund the remaining time.
Refunds
Any purchases made during the trail are final and non-refundable, but if you feel that the service provided has not been as described please contact our Customer Service team at team@classison.com.
Pricing changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing plans at our own discretion. In this case we will try to inform you before any changes so you can modify or cancel your membership before the changes are made. We accept no responsibility for any losses you may incur by failing to change your membership plan after we have informed you of any changes to the pricing plan.
Personal Information and Security
You agree to give Class Is ON correct personal and other information necessary for the use the Service. If changes occur to this information, you agree to inform Class Is ON.
Use of your personal and other information is governed by the Class Is ON Privacy Policy, which you can check below. You consent to processing your personal and other information in accordance with the Class Is ON Privacy Policy, including (without limitation) transfer of such data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area in accordance with applicable legislation and the Class Is ON Privacy Policy.
Class Is ON shall take appropriate online and physical measures to prevent unauthorised access to, improper use of and the reasonable accuracy of your personal data submitted to Class Is ON via the Service.
Support and Modifications
Class Is ON shall have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Service under this agreement. Class Is ON may, at its sole discretion, provide limited technical support for the Service.
You understand that the Service is an evolving one. As long as your license for the service is valid you are entitled to upgrades or updates of the service. All upgrades and updates are provided to you on a license exchange basis. You agree that by using an upgrade or update you voluntarily terminate your right to use any previous version. Class Is ON may license upgrades and updates to you with additional or different terms. You may need to update third party software and/or upgrade your equipment from time to time in order to use the Service.
Class Is ON may publish additional policies related to specific services. Your right to use such service is subject to those specific policies and the terms.
Class Is ON reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms and its Privacy Policy at any given time by posting the amended Terms on the service, and in case of substantial changes, by email to the email address provided by You to Class Is ON. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the Service. If You do not agree to any portions of the then-current version of our terms, Class Is ON Privacy Policy, or any other Class Is ON policy, rules or codes of conduct relating to your use of the service, Your license to use the service shall immediately terminate, and You must immediately stop using the service, and You will not be entitled to any refund of the service fee. In such case please check the service on a regular basis so that You remain aware of the then-current Terms.

Personal information may be processed for the purposes of creating Services accounts, facilitating transactions, using, maintaining, customizing and developing the Services, contacting Users, providing services, sending customer and marketing information to Users, enabling communication in the Services, conducting research and creating reports. The Service may be able to connect to your social networking sites and profiles to obtain information about you when you consent to allow your social networking site to make that information available to Class Is ON and, consequently Class Is ON may be able to collect certain information from your social networking profile when your social networking site permits to make that information available.
We will also collect information that is technically gathered when You use our Services. This information may include Your Internet Protocol address, time of your requests or actions in the service.
In order to enhance the service Class Is ON may use tools from third party service providers, such as Google Analytics to collect and use non-personal information. . Google Analytics collects and stores data such as time of visit, pages visited, time spent on each page of the Site, the Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the type of operating system used in the devices used to access.
Class Is ON may collect information on Users’ activities in the Services, such as purchase history and attended classes.
By using the Services You always disclose information about yourself to Class Is ON. In connection with Your use of the Services, including communication in the Services, You will disclose data about yourself to other users, and any such data is public information, and there is no expectation of privacy. Class Is ON is not responsible for any personal data you choose to make public in the Services.
Class Is ON will not disclose your stored Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing, market research, polls or public registers without Your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. Class Is ON shall not be responsible for any processing of Personal Information by third parties. Class Is ON may use third party service providers, such as e-mail service providers, credit card processors, information analysers and business intelligence providers. Class Is ON has right to share Personal Information as necessary for the aforementioned service providers to provide their services to Class Is ON. Class Is ON is not liable for the acts and omissions of these third parties.
We may share non-personal information (such as anonymous User usage data, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform types, asset views, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality of the Services.
Your acknowledge and agree that Class Is ON may host the Services in and transfer information for this purpose to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area or the United States of America in accordance with mandatory legislation and this Privacy Policy.
Protection of Information
The register will be maintained in external service providers’ servers with appropriate safeguards, such as password protection, granting the access to the stored information only to Class Is ON, persons working at Class Is ON or Class Is ON partners who are expressly authorised by Class Is ON.
