Join us for a steady paced vinyasa flow followed by a grounding restorative sequence. Suitable for all levels, this class will leave you feeling blissed out and balanced. Still your mind and open your body with a breath-paced vinyasa flow, and close the class calming your central nervous system with supported poses, using bricks, bolsters, belts, and blankets. This is an Open Level class – everyone is welcome. This is suitable for all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners.
